I am currently working on a Christmas quilt. Yes, it’s March and I am already thinking of Christmas.
I have been wanting to make a Christmas quilt for a while but for one reason or another I have never been able to get around to it in time for the Holiday Season. So this year I am starting early and I hope to have the quilt top completed by the end of the month.

I am using a pattern I came across on Pinterest called Country Charmer by Sew’n Wild Oaks. A lot of quilters have done this pattern with a scrappy theme, but I decided I liked the way it looked with Christmas colors.
This pattern is a lot of little piecing which I love (second only to cutting). Each block takes me about an hour to complete but that is an hour of solid fun for me. This pattern is definitely for intermediate/advanced quilters.
I have about 3 more blocks to go and then it is onto the sashing and corner stones!
Thanks for stopping by and checking out my work.
Happy Quilting!
